Pedal-Paddle has just the right patented technology and engineering. It has multiple gears for power and speed, a broad range of weight carrying capacities, and pontoons that are stable on water but fold out of the way for land maneuverability.

Pedal-Paddle is made of three basic components:

1. The bike and framework -- 12-15 speeds, fully adjustable seat and handle bars, and a solid steel framework triangulated and fitted with special "quick position change cog joints" to make the transformation from land to water and back again.

2. The Pontoons -- these two pontoons are engineered of high strength plastic with construction foam core stiffeners for added strength and safety.

3. The third and most important part - the fun! Pedal-Paddle is a stable water platform that goes together in seconds and transforms in seconds, creating a highly maneuverable land vehicle that is easy to launch and ride.

 

The Pedal-Paddle (6.5' pontoons) is recommended for persons weighing 100 to 225 lbs.

The Pedal-Paddle Grande (8' pontoons) is recommended for persons weighing 150 to 300 lbs.

To get started, you need to: Place the pontoons into the pre-installed holders attached to the sturdy steel frame and pin them in place in the "up" position. Then simply ride to the water, pull the pins, lower your pontoons, replace the pins, and off you go!
